What an experience we had during New Year at this hotel! The first thing that stood out was the amazing amenities that were included. Not just the usual flat-screen TV and coffee maker, but also a microwave and a kitchenette sink. The location was also top-notch, right in the heart of all the festivities. We were able to step out of our room and be right in the middle of the action. Another great advantage was the friendly staff who were always happy to help.
We did have a couple of issues during our stay. the check-in process was a bit of a hassle.

The location of this hotel is superb! It’s within walking distance of most attractions and restaurants. The room was nicely furnished and had some great amenities, such as a table, microwave, and sink. The bathroom was also clean and modern, with a nice shower. the room was comfortable and perfect for a budget traveler.
The customer service wasn't the best. The process of getting into the building and room was a bit inconvenient and the staff was hard to reach without the app.
